Service

We provide web hosting services as described in your chosen plan. Accounts require a verified email address and accurate information.

Acceptable use

Illegal content, spam, phishing, malware, copyright infringement and activities that endanger platform stability are prohibited and may lead to suspension without refund.

Payments

Services are prepaid and processed by Stripe. Renewal notices are sent before expiry. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.

Money-back guarantee

New customers may request a full refund within 30 days of the first payment, no questions asked.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months. You are responsible for your content and for keeping copies of your key data.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Belgrade courts.
